  32. I've noticed several postings on this subject on this group
  33. and others in the last few weeks.

  42. How come we pay good programmers to write easy programs
  43. like accounts receivable and payroll and airline reservations.
  44. We provide them with training, detail specifications, and constant
  45. supervision.
